New Talk Available: The Popularity of Tibetan Buddhism in Present Day China and the West

Khenpo Sodargye was invited to Stockholm University on November 24, 2017 to give a talk on “The Popularity of Tibetan Buddhism in Present Day China and the West”. After touching on the development of the three main schools of Buddhism, Khenpo elaborated on the reason why Tibetan Buddhism is so popular today in both China and the West. It is because Tibetan Buddhism stresses the importance of combining theory with practice. He also went on to say that it is spiritual wealth that gives meaning to life.
